Click the header of the column you want to parse. Click the “Data” button in the menu bar, then then click “Text to Columns.”. Click the workbook’s “A1” cell and press “Ctrl-V” to paste your text into that cell. Open an application that contains the text you’d like to parse, then copy the text by highlighting it and pressing “Ctrl-C.”. Once the Query Editor has loaded your data, click Convert > Into Table, then Close & Load. Browse to your JSON file location, select it, and click Open.
